Filthy third rate hotel with active drug deals going on as it is accessible to everyone .Staff is rude front desk girl Susan acting like a robot.No manager only her at the front desk.She could have refunded my money as I paid duplicate for the same day.She would not get a manager or call one.

I had GI issues after eating their breakfast.Kids screaming,noises outside at night in the corridor.No security on premises.

Location by the river was nice

The male staff member that greeted us when we arrived was extremely rude. He refused to give us key cards for the 3 people in our party. He was unwilling to offer another room location even though the hotel was near empty. Possibly he was having a bad day or a bad life, but facilitating a positive customer experience is the job! I will say everyone else was great. His behavior left such a poor impression we will never return and warn our family to choose another hotel.
