Bathroom sink didnt have the stopper. Because of this the bedroom smelt of sewer.

Bedding for both beds were filled with stains. Bathroom did not look like it was properly cleaned. People smoking in rooms next to us (no smoking allowed) where you could smell it coming into our room. For breakfast when asked about napkins, creamer, coffee lids, and more items they informed us they’ve been out of stock of these items for over two weeks.

Was disappointed that the room did not have an arm chair. There was a desk chair only. How can two people be comfortable with one chair!?

We loved our stay and will be back.

Good check-in, good breakfast, good rooms, and easy checkout. We planned to stay for one day. When we needed another overnight stay, we chose the same hotel. Good experience both nights.

the sheets were dirty the pool was empty and had nasty amount of water in bottom green . unsafe activity in back in morning multiple cops had someone in cuffs in back of hotel we ended up checking out early unsafe dont book there trust me discusting and dont book expedia for not refunding me after i left because of that

Terrible breakfast

Fair at best my room was old .2 inch gap Under door mold in bath.moved end table to plug in phone charger very dirty . very sketchy bedding stained with who knows what ??

The lady at check-in was amazing but the owner should be ashamed to have had 1 person working on a sold-out night. She was trying to do everything with everyone arriving at the same time after the races. She helped with broken TVs, missing remotes, an ignorant client, all with a smile. Certainly the same cannot be said about the morning person who was ignorant and unfriendly. She did not speak, just pointed her finger to the breakfast room without raising her head from her notepad. There was no breakfast available by 8:20am and she didn't care; not even a juice or cold drink in the cooler. Rooms are older and TVs not great, but beds were comfortable and clean. Air conditioner old and noisy. This property does not look like the online photographs. Hotels.com should take new photos to give true representation of property. The pool was also not in use; completely empty. Can't say enough good things about the girl at the desk on check-in, doing what she could to get things right for the hotel guests, but no one should be left to manage a known sold-out property by themselves.
