Quality Inn University North I-75

Had a non smoking room yet found dirt and cigarette butt behind bed. Light bulb on lamp not working. Out of shampoo, no Kleenex in the Kleenex box. No garbage pail in bathroom. Morning breakfast had waffle irons but nothing to make them with, had scrambled eggs and sausage patties but the sausage patties were not edible. A lot of blacks hanging out in the area of hotel and yet we paid $260.00 for one night.

The room smelled like pee when we got in. Next morning we went to eat breakfast and there was no coffee and no batter for the waffles. There was barely anything to eat. We thought maybe the next morning would be better but it was the same situation. It was gradation weekend and we thought we would have a good experience at this hotel but we were very disappointed.

Sheets had stain on them , shower had mold. Property needs to be renovated. Old

Once checked in, I went to the room and smoke odor, fruit flies and roaches were all over the place including on the bed.

I have to to cancel the room. One the key to open dosent Work. They moved to another room and the Air cond had noise.The give me back the Deposit and I need the money back for this hotel. Please give back the money of this hotel.

There was a roach in our room

The lobby is under some kind of construction, so getting to the breakfast area wasn’t easy. Took a while to get checked in because most of the people in line were there because their key didn’t work to their room. When we got to the room, we found no towels and a roll of toilet paper that was almost empty. Not the best experience.

Bad experience. Bugs all over the floor. Had a room that was not clean with clog sink, we switch rooms and the other one was worse.

Not bad if you're looking for something more budget friendly. Room was clean and AC worked well (a MUST in Florida). Breakfast was decent, aside from being out of pancake/waffle mix. Didn't have extra wash cloths or shampoo that was missing from room. 5.5/10

Once again. The property was tired, front desk manager was tryimng very hard to work for early check ins. Pool was empty toilet handle was broken off we took the top of tank off to use ballast to flush. We liked ice machine and floors wirh no carpet and front desk area had great music.
