Quality Inn University North I-75

Wasn’t very clean and smelled awful. The pool was out of service and there was no notice of that.

No room service, had to ask for more linen, tissue. Provided no continental breakfast Pool as advertised was unavailable

Staff was rude and our bed was full of stains and caused excessive itching

No shampoo found. Breakfast not enough for all guests

We arrived at 3 pm to check into our room. The clerk assigned me a room and handed me keys. We got to our room with all of our bags in tow, to open the door and find the room was not cleaned and smelled like cigarettes. We took our bags back to the car, went to the lobby and the lady says," Well I don't have the updated housekeeping list." I told her that was fine I had an event to go to and that I would be back around 8pm. She said she would have a room ready for me. We arrived back at the hotel at about 815pm, she slid keys to me when I walked in and we went to our room she assigned. Again we had all of our bags in tow. We opened the door and it "had been cleaned" however, there were bugs on the walls, stains on the linens, black gunk in the bathroom shower cracks. At this point me and my 2 kids were exhausted and just decided to get in the car and drive back home after leaving that morning at 6am and driving 4 hours to get to Gainesville. I went to the lobby, asked to speak to a manager and the girl up front told me there wasn't a manager on duty. I explained to her that there were bugs, dirty stained linens and NOT ONCE did she apologize or offer to make anything right, This was the worst Hotel experience I have ever encountered.

This place should close down until they get it right. Let's start with the Pool. Hope you don't want to go in the pool, it is totally drained, zero water. The grass and weeds around all buildings is around 12-18 inches high. The a/c in our room was so loud & obnoxious you could hardly sleep. Breakfast was kind of a joke, who has breakfast with no juice, no condiments. Oh, the TV. The controller did not work to turn it off and on, so you have to unplug the TV to turn it off. Also the different movie stations on the TV were in Spanish, so if you don't speak Spanish your out. There are not drain stoppers in the tub or sink, hope you don't loose your jewellery. The bath drain had hair stuck in it and other stuff. There was no hand soap at our sink for the first day, we had to go ask for it the second day and the excuse was it just came in. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel.

The pool was out of commission…dirty and half full. The towel were thin and hard. There was no soap or body wash much less Amy lotion. Bare bones stay for when you just need a good bed and a shower. The staff was friendly and competent.

Inexpensive

The first room we were given smelled like something was rotting in it. The room we accepted was still not super clean. Breakfast was as low quality as I have ever seen.
