Embassy Suites by Hilton Deerfield Beach Resort & Spa

We had a great time here. Unfortunately it was extremely busy and no room at the pool. I feel like they need a little more stuff to support. I feel more staff was needed to support . Full capacity. We also had a bit also had a bit of a scare as we were sitting out later in the evening beside the pool. Some lady started screaming.Let me in let me in. I have a room here and it was the woman that was taken out by ambulance earlier, and she seemed bit deranged so our children were a little terrified. Maybe better security Could help. But I would love to give great praise to two standout employees that made our stay here excellence Valeria and Gym both working at the buffet the omelette maker and the Bartender were outstanding and we had a great day here overall thank you

So close to the beach, great breakfast.

very small pool, no pool for kids, very crowded.

Pool was rather small for the size of hotel. Did not accommodate the capacity of guests. There was not enough lounge chairs and some where broken.

We've been here so many times and this hotel was gorgeous, it had a beautiful entrance hall, marble with the center reception desk and super high ceilings and vast just gorgeous entrance you actually felt special just entering This magnificent Hotel BUT this past stay May 2026 I was shocked that they ripped out the gorgeous marble Center Hall and replaced it with basic tile and moved the beautiful Center reception area all the way to the right the new tile is a total downgrade from what was already there, very disappointing. The pool area needs to be power washed I stepped on hot gum which was stuck to the bottom of my foot and the dining area outside should be called the Iguana experience. An iguana literally climbed up my husband's chair while we were eating and another one jumped on my back, a large iguana. Normally I would have given this hotel a five star review as in the past but seeing that they ripped out this gorgeous marble entrance that was so elegant to a downgraded tile I give it a three star.... so disappointing I used to feel so special walking into this beautiful property

I always enjoy staying here, the rooms have plenty of space, housekeeping team maintains the rooms very clean and stocked with towels and supplies. Lorena, Front Desk agent is always very attentive with everything, very helpful, outstanding costumer service, kind, she offers her assistance at all times. I was celebrating my birthday, she surprised me sending to the room a beautiful card, and a bottle of bubbles. In January, she had the same details when we stayed there for my husband’s birthday and we also had a great time. Me and my girlfriend stayed at the embassy suites and Victor the valet driver was very kind and quick with the service.
