The front desk staff were wonderful they were so helpful with my keys and telling me where everything was The valet staff were even better jorge and ethan were both so incredibly nice (i didn’t have any cash so this is something i thought that would be nice)

The hotel has been Great! The valet is fabulous! Walter and Jorge have been extremely polite and courteous opening the doors and always very efficient. Plus I left food in the car and they went out to get it without hesitation. The front desk has directed us to awesome restaurants and have given us vouchers for some freebies

We would like to thank the staff that made our stay absolutely incredible. We must point out Andre at the restaurant who is a charismatic, handsome young man who has a heart of gold. The front desk staff was friendly and charming, as well as engaging.. the valet were such happy, cheerful young men who just put a smile on your face. We used the pool, the beach was amazing. We ate at the restaurant here on premises and the entire trip was perfect..

We accidentally found this resort several years ago. The resort is real clean. The staff is awesome. The breakfast is exceptional, made to order omelettes. The pool is great as as long as it’s not too crowded. If you get a chance, Valeria works in the breakfast / Bar area. She’s been here for years and goes above and beyond everything she does to help you out as guest here.
