"Beware!!! Read before you stay."

Beware!!!! Thieves at this hotel!!!! The service at this hotel and management is horrible. We stayed 3 nights, and my jewelry box and travel bag filled with valuable perfume and other items were stolen out of my carry-on right from my room. I even placed it deep in the carry on and in a corner . So whoever did this was snooping in our stuff. I suspect it was someone in house keeping. I spoke with management, and they have yet to contact me with any follow-up. Joann the manager on duty stated she would look into right away and give me an update. I have heard nothing from them!!!! I'm so sad I had valuable/sentimental jewelry that I collected all over the world that cannot be replaced.
