Hotel Hanna

Terrible experience and would not suggest anyone go here unless they partake in the criminal elements. Dirty with very unprofessional customer service that curses and allows drug deals right in front of customers. Homeless stay in parking lot and definitely a seedy hotel. Cancelled reservation as soon as I saw all this and wouldn't stay here if they paid me to.

The price and location

We were in the room a total of 15 min. Started to unpack and noticed stains on the sheets. Unbeknownst to us the room was infested with bedbugs. There were so many you could see them with the lights on crawling in the beds inseam. We have video of the nastiness. I also took it upon myself to report them to the Better Business Bureau, Codes dept and the Health dept. This is unacceptable and it should be shut down until they take care of the infestation. The worse part about it all we paid for 3 nights and were only there for a total of 15 to 30 min in total (15 of those min were talking to the only employee at the hotel) we were denied a refund!

The room was very clean it was nice and quiet organized right by downtown perfect location

More towels

Nothing the lady was so rude I didn’t receive my security deposit because I cleaned up a spill with one of the towels and I didn’t want to throw it away because then I would be charged for it .so I lost my 100$ . Check out isn’t until 11am and they were almost inside my room at 9:20am waking me up wanting to clean and luckily the inside latch was on he would have came inside of my room . Honestly I had a horrible experience and I would not recommend. They are dirty and rude to customers!

Check-in was good at Hotel Hanna but then upon walking down the hallways we immediately began to see that the hotel was a bit run-down and the halls smelled of cigarette and weed smoke despite being a “no smoking property”. We then went to our room which was disgusting!!! There was mold all over the bed, cigarette burns on the blanket, weird smears on the wall, and the room just smelled of mildew and smoke. There was also a random window in the room that looked into the hallway. We asked the front desk for a new clean blanket and they said “there are no more blankets”. We then went back up to the room looked around, and decided to ask for a new room. We showed the receptionist the mold photos and she assigned us to a new room. The new room was nothing special but way cleaner. I would not stay here again.

The lobby was done contemporary. But the seating was extremely old, cushions were sunken in and turned at edges, just shoddy, dirty, yuk, very low and uncomfortable seating. The place was NOT disabled/handicap friendly. The rooms were very dark and unwelcoming- very scary divy place in my opinion. I left immediately upon seeing the room before my payment.

How bout some new furniture, new fresh bedding covers, bright linens. In brighter, better decorated rooms for starters!?! Thw room seemed over crowded amd stuffed with furniture with very poor placement. Just felt and looked very "THIRD WORLD". Like most hotels and motels in usa have been becoming over the last few decades since third world owners have taken possession of the hospitality market. Anyone who has traveled to the poor regions of africa or India 🇮🇳 would know what I mean when I say it looked very tired and worn out and third world.
