I wasn't in the room for 24 hours and they charged my card and extra hundred dollars which I will be disputing for "DEEP CLEANING" because we had 2 Plated in the trash from food

USthis place was just what we were looking for. the value was just right, the location was just right.
I didn't care for having to pay an extra 12 to park my car. that seems strange, I mean how else do people get there. this should just be in the price of renting the room. The room was kind of beat up. safe was broken, lamp was broken, dents in the walls, AC unit cover was broken, ect... But, honestly this is what we were looking for. A cheap place to stay for the night. so it was perfect.
CAThe water pressure and bed were good
The cleanliness was questionable, gum on ceiling, stains everywhere, dirty looking covers on beds staff absent in the morning, then playing on phone, no print out of stay.
USIt was right ion the river which was nice. The price was also low.
The walls were dirty, the room had a weird smell, we asked for extra towels and were told we could have them in the morning but never got them. The staff had a rude approach to everything we talked to them about.
USWe had bedbugs in our room and would like a refund. We were instructed to reach out to booking.com because we booked through you all. Thank you.
