The door to the room was broken, didn't lock. The faucet water temperature in the shower was backwards. There was no continental breakfast.

The room smelled I was ill the the whole time I was their,they need to shut down,tear up the nasty carpet in hallways and rooms,and paint ,nasty ass chair,microwave and refrigerator HORRIBLE, I wiped down with disinfectant wipes,slept with a mask on,ac was fine,the desk person was not interested in my complaints,I should have been refunded for this HORRIBLE experience
USUSUSUSUSUSI wouldn't have eaten anything there. The location was surrounded by homeless camps/drug users. Our room had no hairdryer, iron or ironing board. They had me go to the room next door to use the hair dryer that was hanging on to the wall by a screw that was bout to let go. I had to go to a third room to get an iron.
The notice the hotel sent me didn't provide additional fees in writing like the daily dog fee or additional daily parking charge. We were promised a room with a view and when we arrived we were told those rooms weren't available to travelers with dogs even though the receipt they had sent noted our dog and the room with a view. There were so many issues I just can't list them all.
