I booked a room with a Seaview and paid extra. Upon check-in and opening are shutters to the Seaview I realize the community/public staircase was literally in front of our window, and every person that walked down those stairs could see, and looked into our window, which was perfectly position to see me in bed. Obviously, this was not a window. I could leave open all day and evening, and even watching the sunset, was accompanied by people walking up and down and looking at me. I merely called management within an hour to explain the situation, and I’d like to be moved to higher room. They didn’t respond till the next day saying there were not any rooms available and at that point at already booked another hotel and was checking out. Of course they would not refund my money even though I did not get what I paid for if you have a Seaview and can never leave your windows open to see it what is the point. This is definitely not a hotel, it is renting a room. Also, they do not serve breakfast. You have to book it ahead and it’s extra fee so everything is in. The pictures is really just a lounge space on top of the roof. The room itself was fine. It’s just you should not put someone in a seaview room if the public can see into the room while you’re laying in bed.

Staying here was great! A little bit of a hike uphill but worth it. It was easy to find. Amazing views if not the best views in Manarola!

Great location and space. . Be aware the common area is shared by more than one guest.

The view from the room was the most beautiful ocean view! The view from the rooftop terrace is stunning all day and especially in the evening at sunset. Probably one of the best spots to stay in Manarola. Such a great place to stay and we had a wonderful host Tatyna who made it extra special and always making sure we had everything we needed / needed to know. We cannot wait to come back!

Beautiful sea view from the room and terrace! Very quiet as off peak season and it was great to stay. First in the morning, no one is in front of sea, having a coffee at terrace.. so nice!

It was our best hotel choice in the Italy vacation. breathtaking terrace.. clear room and bath. Helpful stuff. If we will visit Cinque Terre one day, we will definitely stay here again. Special thanks Odeyo.

Tania was very nice and helpful. She was very sweet to our kids. Google maps will not get you to this place. You have to read the welcome email and follow the directions exactly. Try not to bring a lot of luggage because it is a long walk with a lot of incline from the train station. Views from the top floor common area are beautiful! We had the bottom most room with no windows and it was tight for the four of us. The sunset from the top floor was worth it!
