An amazing experience. Beautiful view from the room and the terrace. Lovely and helpful host. A bit of a hike up to the room but of course that is part of the 5 Terre experience.

Locatie perfect, zwaar overpriced, voorzieningen minimaal, zeer slecht te bereiken, zeer moeilijk te vinden, zeer oncomfortabele incheckprocedure, moest zelf de paspoorten scannen en mailen, niemand aanwezig, eigenaar zeer bot en onvriendelijk. Schandelijke uitbuiting van gasten!

The room and view was extremely nice. Very close walking distance to Manarola main area (hilly walk). You can hire a person to help carry luggage.

Clean room with amazing view ( we stayed at the MEA room). The day you get there you receive a whatsapp with all the info you will need. Very important to call Paolo so he can carry the luggage. Cinque terre is for 2 days max, best place to stay in oct/ nov is manarola!

Oversolgt. Der er 50 billeder fra stedet og man får opfattelse af at der er udsigt over havet fra værelserne. Desværre får vi så familieværelset, hvor der ikke er udsigt. Et kælderlokale med kælderlugt - og meget lidt dagslys. Meget klaustrofobisk. Standen er heller ikke OK til 1800,- pr nat. Fællesområde meget nedslidt. Efter kl. 10 er der ingen rengøring af værelserne. Så dårligt at vi rejste efter 2 nætter istedet for de bestilte 3. Vil ikke anbefale stedet. Hotels.com kan umuligt være tjent med dette. Bliver udbuddet ikke tjekket?

By the appearance, the building used to be a normal house that now operates as a hotel by renting the rooms (which seems common in Cinque Terre). Bed is comfortable, room is clean and bathroom is in pretty good shape. We did have to check-in maximum at 1:00 in the afternoon, otherwise no one would be there to check us in, and we'd have to wait until the next morning. This really poses a problem with travel logistics and basically made us have to wake up at 5:00am, which is not what I had in mind for vacation. Other than that, only 1 key opens both the front door and the room door. Either there's a fancy security system in place which I don't know, or anyone staying in the hotel can unlock any other room, which is obviously awful.
