Super cute boutique style hotel. Charming is a good word. I would stay here again

Todo muy bien, a pesar de haber extraviado la información necesaria para llegar al hotel, me comuniqué y amablemente me la proporcionaron de nuevo. Un poco complicado a la llegada pues hay que seguir varias indicaciones pero una vez ahí todo estuvo excelente. La vista desde su terraza es espectacular, de lo mejor de nuestra experiencia.

ホテルへのリクエストを送っても返信が全くない。エクスペディアさんを間に入ってもらったのですが、エクスペディアさんも連絡がつかなくて困っているという感じ。その挙句、1週間前に予約した部屋はオーバーブッキングで泊まれないので、オーナーが他に所有するair b&b に載ってる部屋を準備すると言われたが、そこにどうやって行けばいいのかか尋ねても、何時に着くのか教えてほしいというメールしか来ないので話にならない。結局エクスペディアさんを介しキャンセルして他のホテルを渡航寸前に予約しました。実際にマナローラに行ってこの宿泊施設を見に行きましたが、確かに眺めは最高にいい場所に立ってます。

There was no window with an ocean view—this was no window. The owner stuck us in the basement, which was dank with moisture. I tried to get a check in code for the door for a month. No answer to an email I got from Hotels.com. After checking in, the owner wrote us with no problem using that email. Since no one is on site after 1p I was desperate to get the code, but he never sent it. I had to call him, but the phone number is listed incorrect. The prix was +33, which is not Italian. What a disaster. The property is beautiful if you get a room with a window. He did not disclose that the room had no window, no view. That room should not even be rented. Inconsiderate! A bad experience. Don´t go with this owner.

Bonito hotel interiormente impecable y muy bien decorado. No nos gusto que la habitación era interior sin ventanas. Hay otros hoteles con terrazas para disfrutar el paisaje. No hay recepción pero te dejan todo listo con instrucciones para entrar. No contestan e mails ni whatsapp.

Encore en renovation. Tres sale. Odeur tres desagreable de poussiere due au renovation. Proprio absent sans aucune reponse.aucune commoditée. Aucune fenetre comme annoncée. Fausse publicité. Tres tres tres decu. Piege a touriste. Pas situer a riomaggire mais manarola

The bedroom was big and well decorated but it happened to be THE Basement of the house, with no window and smelt moldy. It was even more annoying when compared to the picture of the bedroom which accompanied the reservation and which makes you thing that you booked a bedroom with big window and direct view on the sea...

Veldig hyggelig sted å bo. Vi trodde ut ifra bildene at vi hadde bestilt et rom med sjøutsikt, det hadde vi visst ikke og det var litt skuffende. Men rommet vi fikk var nydelig, og den felles takterrassen med full utsikt over middelhavet gjorde opp for manglende egen terrasse. Kunne gjerne bodd her igjen!

Magnifiquement situé au coeur de Manarola, et accueil très sympathique :) Les chambres sont originales et bien équipées.

I liked the room and its setting, but the space was scarce and I wanted to have a view of the sea. The common space is spectacular, really a special luxury that the residence has.
