Location to downtown and price is cheap

Dirty, smells like cigarettes. Very old school plumbing bathrooms. Hard dirty floors. Hot tub didnt work. Sketchy people in and out

Staff was nice, and gave clear instructions to our room and check in was simple

Mold in bathroom, asked about a strange smell, no one came to check on it. After stating they would. It truly smelled like something died in the back of the hotel. I got conjoined rooms for my kids and I and it truly was disgusting.

It was a good stay. The staff was the most friendliest staff I have encountered. For the most part the hotel was as clean as it could be and the value of was top tier. Our room as pleasant. The location was close to everything however, you can tell that it is closer to the unhoused part of town but even with that it was a great stay. I would say that the hotel is long overdue for a renovation. If this hotel would do renovations by floor or something or something it would benefit them. I must say that we were there for basketball and it was a few hotels that didn't have breakfast and a pool but I was speaking loudly that our hotel Ramada had it all. So with an update it would get 5 stars from me.

Like the convenience of the location. And that was all gated for vehicles.

The fact that the swimming pool room was absolutely freezing. The water was warm but the room itself was like in the 50s it was so so cold.

Breakfast was fine.. lobby was nice.

My comforter had stains on it and a burn hole, the ceiling tiles in my room were moved out of place. The pictures made the pool room look nice but in person it definitely needed work done. My pillows in my room were small and flat. My room smelled bad.

The bed was comfortable atleast.

The atmosphere of the hotel is dingy and outdated. All appliances and furniture is worn/ragged looking and blankets/sheets have holes, everything should be replaced. Weird people in the hotel, saw some old man walk out of his room butt ass naked and walk around. Drug deals going down in the parking lot. All around bad.

The bed was nice... kinda a place to sleep vs stay

The hot tub was broken, breakfast was the same food everyday, none of the employees wore uniforms. Its just not up to the standard I would expect from the company... Clocks on the wall didn't work. Local teenagers just hung out on the property. Rooms were very out dated, some of this is the owners fault. But most of it was management... gates were not locked at night. Parking garage is out of order. You just expect the nice little things from this company and this property missed the mark in so many ways.
