"Spokane stay."

Location to Downtown Spokane is good. Room was adequate. Hardwood floors took a little getting used to. $35/day pet fee is super steep especially without any specific pet area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Walls a little thin.

That it was gated & safe for after hours …

That the TV’s weren’t working , gym was closed and no notice was given , also jacuzzi wasn’t working , and still paid a good penny for all the ammenities that weren’t working. Also rooms weren’t quite updated.

"Served our basic needs"

Was conveniently located for us. Room was clean. Had a fridge freezer and microwave. Had a nice breakfast in the morning. Front desk and housekeeping was very nice and helpful. Downside definitely needed some updating inside. Coming in later at night was hard to find parking. Price seemed a little high but it was a busy weekend.

Nice room. Clean. Felt safe. Helpful/friendly staff. Beautiful pool area. Hot tub, ice machine, and refrigerator were all out of order and no offer of discount/refund. A bit noisy with banging doors and happy kids. Intermittent banging (pipes?). Convenient driving distance to all tourist/medical sites. Split bath. Desk and office chair, but no table or comfortable sitting chair. Very nice sitting areas on each floor by elevators. No extra electrical outlets, so bring a 3-prong extension cord for chargers, laptops, etc. Good WiFi.

Staff were friendly, breakfast set up was good

Showers-water temp would continuously swing back and forth from ice cold to burning hot, even when not touching the dial. Party in 5th floor Saturday night had music that was very loud and it was hard to go to sleep. Hairs in bed the first night
