Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Pool was great, my son loved it.

The continental breakfast needs some work! Both days we went to breakfast right around seven thirty eight o'clock and there was hardly any food. What food there was, It was cold. The breakfast room was a mess and no sitting. We were there at a very busy time. Still we had to eat out which defeats the point of getting a hotel with a continental breakfast.

The Ramada is the best hotel in Spokane Very clean rooms and excellent breakfast. I choose the Armada over the more expensive hotels, because there competitable. Thanks Christopher Cox

there were bugs in the room, its old and musty, outdated, and you have to request to get your room cleaned.

needs to be updated, no bugs, clean the rooms.

My family especially the kiddos liked the breakfast options served. Staff is helpful and friendly. Definitely will return next time when in town.

Only one thing was wrong, the shower had a lot of hair in the drain. We removed it but it was kinda gross.
