Avalon Hotel & Bungalows Palm Springs, a Member of Design Hotels

This is the best hotel i’ve ever stayed at. The staff and service at this hotel is so amazing. Every single one of them was so kind and hardworking. If I could give the staff here 10/5 stars I would, they seriously made the experience as amazing as it was. The scenery was gorgeous and everywhere was so clean, especially our room. Also the food at the restaurant there was exceptional just absolute 10/10. We were here for about 3 days and we only ate outside the hotel once. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to the strip so not bad at all. Overall amazing vibes and we will definitely be back!

Everyone was very nice. We used hot tub at Avalon and sat at pool/used pool and F&B service at Ingleside. Very nice waitstaff. Really enjoyable setting - relaxing, low key and beautiful. We stayed at Ritz last time on vacation and your experience is far superior. "

A beautiful, serene property conveniently located near downtown and art museum.

A little challenging to find your way around, lack of signage

Great location and pool! Food was a small menu but great.

Room was like a dark hole. Really no felling of wanting to stay in your room but would always go to the pool.

"Our check-in experience was very pleasant. We were greeted and checked in with Aris. He was very helpful, checked us in a bit early and upgraded our room. All of the staff is very accommodating and super friendly - very refreshing! We checked out with the other gentlemen with the glasses, James. He was also very nice. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again.."
