The Albion Summit

Charming, comfortable, excellent staff. Character building with a calm atmosphere and relaxed vibe.

I had a really nice stay at the Grand Summit Hotel. The staff were super nice and helpful, the rooms were really clean and visually aesthetic, and the complimentary breakfast was nice. I only stayed for a night so I wasnt able to check out the pool or anything, but the interoir and lobby of the hotel was really pretty!

We had an excellent stay and especially liked the buildings brick facade. Also the fireplace in the lobby was great for breakfast.

Clean and historic

The staff could not assist with accessing movies on our room TV after multiple attempts. The room never did get cool enough despite our lowering of the thermostat. Finally, breakfast was disappoinring. Ironically, the room was too cold and rhe bananas were rotten. I got the overall feeling of a struggling hotel.

The property was very nice. The air conditioning worked great, but was not cleaned in awhile. It blew out chunks of mold all over the floor around the conditioner. The refrigerator worked very well. However The room did not have a safe.

Classy, unique, hot breakfast, nice area

I’ve been waiting for someone to get back to me since I left a message at checkout a week ago. We checked out very early (5:30am) and the front desk was unstaffed. Rang bell and called manager number posted (which just rang the front desk phone) and waited but no one appeared. We left our key cards in the check out bowl on the counter but with zero security/locks on front door it felt really odd. I emailed that day. Still no response. Otherwise, the location is great. Main hotel rooms are lovely. Back addition rooms not so much.
