Awesome location right next to town and bus service Room was warm and clean

Shower and Onsen/bath wasn’t great Would be good for a short stay but futon beds weren’t comfortable for a long stay Walls are very thin so the place was quite loud

Staff was really helpful. Convenient location and close to ski shuttle and bus station.

Breakfast was delicious. The spread was simple but sufficient. Great start to each day. Excellent service with the team very helpful with queries I have about bookings in the area. There were some problems with the booking early on before the trip but they were very friendly and helpful in resolving it.

Lots of stairs to climb to the room.

Good location as it is near the bus stop. It is relatively new compared to other ryokan. The room and public area is clean and tidy. The breakfast is good value for money. The public area provides drinks all the time.

I didn't like walking up stairs to 3rd floor. If I want hot water, I should walk down to 1st floor and climb up to 3rd floor again.

Location is great. Short walk to the shuttle bus and main bust terminal and the restaurant district.

Staff disengaged which created an ambiance that was below what I have experienced in Japan elsewhere. Breakfast was average and provided late compared to the start time of the ski lifts.
