Big room with things missing but nice

It got to hot in the room

There was no air conditioning, the bath water ran constantly, not a drip but, a steam. B the bathtub had the coating coming off, looked like hell and when I finished, there was a bunch of be flakes at the drain. They mentioned it was going to be demolished so, I assum e all maintenance budget was cut, no plan to fix the air con or anything else

The AC was out and were told upon arriving. Was told we could cancel or stay and use one of their fans. Not sure if they knew in advance about the AC, if so a heads up would have been nice in case it was a issue and also because the fan they gave us did not work and there were no others and we could have brought our own. Was quite hot during the afternoon because of that. Night time it cooled down though. The mattress was stiff. But for the price and location it was all good.

I booked a premium queen bed room with lake view, but when I checked in, the hotel staff can only offer me a room without lake view. And I was still be charged for the price of premium queen room, not queen room.

The person who checked us in was polite and considerate but didn't mention that there was no AC until after our exchange was finished.

There was no AC, so when we arrived it was 84 degrees inside. The room was visibly damaged and dirty with makeup stains, cracked walls, and dirty bathroom fixtures that leaked. The photos online looked nothing like what we were offered in person.
