Red Lion Inn & Suites Olympia, Governor Hotel

I didn't like anything about it because me and my family had to stay in our car that night. Because somebuddy either the hotel or booking overbooked showe. Could we had nowhere to stay for the night when we got there to Check-in? Because I have to sleep in the car. So all in all, it was a bad experience. I will not use booking again. And I will not stay at the red lion ever again.

Friendly staff

Air conditioning was advertised and we weren't told until we checked in that there was none. There was only one towel in the bathroom for 2 people because they said they were running low. Upon calling the front desk, they said that we would have to come get another one downstairs because there was only 1 person on staff that evening.

The lady at the front desk was exceptionally kind, warned me about the facility not having ac. And allowed me to cancel my stay with out paying any fees

The hotel was too hot, elevator had graffiti, the parking lot had broken glass from car windows, the room was dark, the lights didnt work, the Juliette windows opened all the way and had hand prints all over the glass, the shower/ tub faucet had a constant leak and it smelled horrible like old hot cooked food in the hallways. I did not stay

The staff were incredible! I approached at least 5 employees, and they were all great! They all were so helpful and attended to all my needs or requests with a positive attitude and finished helping me within minutes. The beds are super comfy! My stay was nice and quiet.

The cleanliness could be better. A small but good variety for breakfast. Internet was slow, but to be fair, they were booked up pretty good.
