"This site in need of maintenance"

Large room. Comfortable bed. Good dining options nearby. Typical free breakfast which included boiled eggs for a protein choice.

No air conditioning, which we were informed of at check in. Was able to open the balcony door to let in cool night air. The tub faucet was running a stream of hot water due to worn washers. When trying to shower, the shower diverter was not working very well. So didn't get good water pressure. Informed staff of the problem and advised not to rent that room until it was fixed. This hotel is in need of some major maintenance or renovation. It is showing its age.

Location

The property needs huge improvements. Upon reaching there we were told for last 7 days ac are not working and we are okay to cancel the stay and found place elsewhere! Why it was not informed via email/call 5-6 days ago!!! The room washroom bathtub was dirty, toilet seat is broken and plastered may be not changed in last 5-8 years. The tap on the shower were continuously running. The outside temp real feel were 30 and we had to sleep by opening the window where music were playing from a nearby club and noisy!

"It was okay.."

Breakfast was okay, room spacious and bed comfortable. Front desk staff very pleasant and friendly.

The fact that the AC was not working given that the temperature was very high that weekend made it very uncomfortable. There was also no hot water on Friday night. Ice machines on the floors not working, you have to go all the way to the front desk to get the ice..

"Nice, would stay again if in the area."

Location and staff were nice very apologetic that air conditioning wasn’t working and all fans had been checked out.

There was no air conditioning, and no fans available for the room so we had to keep the door to the balcony open all night. Food for breakfast could have been more hardly any fruit available.

"Rude staff and worse customer service"

On 27th August 2025, in room number 407 —
We had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was very dark, poorly maintained, the air conditioning was not working, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell. The bed sheets were damaged, and the toilet fan wasn’t working. The service was extremely disappointing. Around 10 PM, when I requested an extra pillow, the receptionist spoke to us very rudely and said that whatever was in the room was all they provided—and if I didn’t like it, I could check out. Management, please hire competent staff and ensure the property is properly cleaned and maintained so guests can receive quality service and care. This was the worst hospitality I have ever experienced. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Better to spend night on the road instead of staying in this hotel.
