No air conditioning

The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly.

The Heating and AC system was down in the whole hotel and we were only provided with a small fan as it was given to guests in a first come first serve process. The hotel room was dirty we found garbage near the windows, stains on the sheets, and the remote was soo sticky !

The location is really good, there was a a cute fair at the park across the street. Beautiful scenery and a lake nearby.

The air conditioning wasnt working and they told us they couldnt offer us any fans. The bedrooms faced the sun all day with floor to ceiling windows so there was no escaping the heat. The hallways smelled like cigarettes and one of the bedroom doors opened with no key. Over priced for low quality and bad rooms

We liked the location. It was quiet and fairly decent. The night was quiet, we had enough rest. The view from the hotel window was great. There also was enough room for parking.

There was no air conditioning, not having air conditioning in the heart of summer was not very great. We did not have a variety to choose from at breakfast. Some of the food was not fresh.

The proximity to the downtown area

Almost all the electricity/outlets didn’t work in the room and the air conditioning didn’t work. They didn’t offer any sort of discount for the poor services. She said they were being bought out so it didn’t matter. Gone our the days of customer service apparently.

AC was broken, no fans, hot as hell and no offered discount or pro-rate allowed. Not that we would stay anyway but it was terrible! Staff tried the best they could but had little resources or help.

Got to hotel at around 8pm. Middle of August , was informed at counter “our AC is in the Frits “ no AC. Things happen. They have my phone number, no call, no email no text messages to let us know so that we can make arrangements elsewhere. Then a struggle to get refund, we’ll see how that turns out. We visit Olympia 6 plus times a year, 2nd time making reservations at Red Lion both times disappointed. Won’t be a 3rd time.
