"A property falling behind. Wouldn’t stay here again"

The staff, decent breakfast and close proximity to multiple restaurant choices

Equipment was deficient. Shower head hit back of shower over my head. Toilet seat was broken. Remote control didn’t work properly and clean but tried.

"Hot and uncomfortable."

Check in staff member very pleasant and accommodating.

Ac system was not working so room was extremely hot. Fan provided which eventually cooled down room late into the evening. No pool.

The staff was great The view was beautiful

When I got there I was told by staff that the air conditioning wasn't working. I thought it would be okay. Unfortunately I got maybe 30 minutes of sleep that night because I was so overheated. So after the first night I checked out early.

The continental breakfast was okay

no air conditioning, bathtub had broken plug and rust on the floor of tub, one set of towels for three people, stained carpet. All other hotels were booked.

"Worn out"

Stayed here as a stop on the way from Olympic national park down to Portland

Paint peeling, broken stair tiles, AC was broken in the entire building, holes in various places, random sticky spots. They cleaned the room but it was just too worn down.

"we didnt stay, left for another hotel"

the building had no air conditioning and the room was old and dated the drapes were old and falling off the rod, we got a refund and ended staying at a Hampton inn.

the history of the hotel, I hope that it is fully restored and can become a shinning star of the city.
