I enjoy staying at this hotel when I visit Charlotte. The staff are very friendly and attentive. They always greet me e smile. The location is close to several restaurants that I enjoy and Walmart is nearby as well.

Was doing renovations and the elevator wasn’t working and the entrance smelled bad they also charged a $300 deposit that I wasn’t aware off until I got there so I didn’t spend the night there.

This hotel is ridiculously ran down. The rooms needs updates. Bathroom has horrible lighting. Its just so out of date & ragged looking all over. Im glad it was only 1 night, i couldnt take 2. Do not recommend .

The location was very convenient to eating, shopping and major highways

The hotel wasn't a good value. The room.was small with no microwave and the bathroom was exceptionally small. Two people couldn't fit in there at the same time.

The room was nice and comfortable

Due to ongoing construction at the hotel, the elevators were not working. This should have been clearly disclosed on the Booking.com listing before I made my reservation. Had I known, I would have chosen a different hotel. Because the elevators were out of service, I had to carry my belongings up the stairs to my room. There was also a significant amount of dust from the construction, which made the stay less comfortable. Greater transparency about the construction and its impact on guests would have been appreciated.

Not much to be honest very disappointed in the overall

The left was out of service and will be for the foreseeable future, renovation works being carried out meaning half of the facilities not available and very very poor customer service with the reception. Room keys canceled at 10am for a 12pn check out, bedding with holes all over, washing facilities below standard for any hotel. Overall a severe disappointment
