Elavators was down and had to go to 4th floor with 4 kids they don’t have microwaves in the rooms

The breakfast was good

All of the elevators in the building were out of order. We stayed on the fourth floor and had to walk up and down the stairwells. Our room had a musty smell and was definitely not cleaned properly. There were multiple eyelash extensions in different areas of the room that obviously had not been cleaned properly. Disgusting🤢🤢🤢🤢

Hotel was absolutely filthy. Kid wouldn’t even sleep on couch bed because of stains and hair. Elevators don’t work so be prepared to climb with your luggage.

When we checked in the clerk asked “Did they tell you about the elevator? Oh they didn’t? It’s not working.” It was 11:00 PM and we ended up walking up to the 5th floor. It was 89 degrees out and the stairwell was not air conditioned. Got into my room and had to listen to someone fighting in another room off a con for hours. At about 1:30 AM the street racing began. Some of the racers pulled into the back parking lot revving their engines and taking off and returning minutes later. This went on for over an hour. While this was happening people were in the stairwell running up and down. We checked out a day early. It was a frightening horrible experience!
