Enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Place Charlotte/Arrowood. Room was bigger than expected. Loved that we were close to the side door for parking with bringing our bags and items in and out of the hotel. Didn't spend too much time in the room, however the bed was comfy and the room was nice and cold. The only thing missing for me would be a microwave. I didn't see one in the lobby to use either... maybe I missed it?

Elevator was broken, and all regular King rooms were on 5th and 6th floor, so was given an accessible room on the 1st floor. Noise was very loud, no sound proofing from door to hallway, and I was near exit heard a lot of guests coming and going when trying to sleep.

Absolutely horrible night! The first room we had was so dirty with food on the floor, hair, dust, and 100 of ANTS! The bath was disgusting too and you could see fingers prints on the mirrors. The elevator was not working, we had to go to the 4th floor with all our luggage’s and tired kids! The lady at the front moved us to another room that was a lot better. We heard police sirens all night long, I guess the location is not the best as well! I will never go there again.

Staff was very pleasant, location was easy to get to.

Blind was torn, faucet was loose in the sink, air conditioner sounded like a washing machine , shower hot and cold water was reversed and the hotel elevator was broken.
