Embassy Suites by Hilton Los Angeles LAX South/El Segundo

Trip was an unreal experience with very friendly and helpful staff. Any questions asked were always treated with a smile and not a ugh like in previous experiences with other hotels. Room was great and felt homey and a good place to unwind after a day of taking in the sights. If I'm ever in the area again this will be my no 1 choice. Top tier staff and service.

On September 13, 2025, I checked into Embassy suites around 5:00 PM and was charged $711.50 for two nights, but the front desk mistakenly registered me for only one night; as a result, the system later attempted to charge me an additional $342 for the second night, even though I had already paid in full. This error led to another guest being issued a key to my room while my wife and I were still inside. In addition, the air conditioner did not work, the ceiling leaked water, there was no remote for the living room TV, and the sink had no hot water, making the stay unacceptable. I am disputing the duplicate charge and requesting confirmation that my $711.50 payment covers the entire stay.

Ideal hotel for airport stopover especially with shuttle service. Great staff in reception, restaurant and bar, nothing too much trouble. 11 am checkout meant we didn’t have to rush, wish we had stayed another night to take advantage of the pool. Complimentary breakfast was a bonus.

Yes, it was terrible. The manager there. I believe his name was Elias. Sanchez said he was the manager there. It was just horrible talking with him and communicating with him concerning the room, they left no towelsand cleaning of the room. I called down to the front desk Mr. Sanchez answer the phone and he was horrible. We didn’t get towels to an hour and 40 minutes. We will never go back. We’ve been there twice. Never had this problem before and I am honors member this is terrible. It is too bad that nothing will happen in regards. No discipline no nothing. This is what sad

The AC was not working properly, found blood stains on the sheets, hair on ceiling and shower. The breakfast was over cooked everyday

The place was super easy to get to for a one night surprise delay at LAX. The space was awesome, rooms very clean, and staff super friendly. Only wish was that the doorways were a little wider for my wheelchair.

Had a great time the service was excellent including the happy hour and free breakfast!

The 50th class reunion was held at Embassy Suites El Segundo. The service, staff, overall experience was amazing. Patrick was always very helpful with our many questions. He went out of his way to help us. Beautiful hotel so happy the reunion was held here.
