Embassy Suites by Hilton Los Angeles LAX South/El Segundo

The rooms were good (a bit dated but clean). However, beware of the deceptive wording on the listing. There are 2 suite options on the hotel listing. 1. Suite, 2 queen beds (2 rooms) 2. Suite, 2 queen beds option. This is misleading, because the 2 queen beds in the 2 room suite are in the same room. The picture in the listing did not show both beds next to each other for the 2 room option. We booked for our family of 4 thinking there would be separate rooms. The front office manager (Gareth Cook) was also dismissive when we showed him the photos of the listing. Apparently, it’s a common mistake to make and they will not correct the deceptive wording and imagery. There are better options in the area at comparable price points.

The staff went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. Breakfast and happy hour were great.

The room was massive and clean. The decor was awesome and restaurant meal was fabulous.

Close to the airport and shuttle was on time . Room was clean and beautiful , well done breakfast. There was a large sports team present the parents drank at the bar all evening and kids ran rampant through the motel screaming yelling took over the entire workout room . I called to complain at 9pm after coming off an international flight with kids in e needed sleep I tried 3 times the front desk didn’t answer . 4th time they apologized said they had issues all night and had talked to the team leader several time and got no response . But no action was ever taken . 9:40pm kids were at my motel door trying to get in. . At check out I asked for some compensation and was denied

Huge groups of unattended young kids running hallways and making an astronomical amount of noise. We stayed with our four young children after an international flight and we were really disappointed as we need rest and it’s not happening due to unmanageable conditions.

Check in staff were average at best. Breakfast was good. Area is questionable.

We came for a family trip. The complementary drinks and light bites were great. Eva serving the drinks did a phenomenal job. Quick, kind, and very personable. Made for a fun evening for adults/ kids. She accommodated the kids as well! Absolutely recommend!

Most great service everywhere I go the employees or so respectful and helpful with any question the pool is just perfect! they also have great lunch and breakfast! And kids welcome.also a bar for the adults can in joy can’t wait to come back gonna tell all my friends come bring there’s kids and family

Beautiful, clean place. The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Actually, not afraid to walk barefooted in my room!
