The establishment is experiencing staffing shortages. I find it perplexing that, while checkout is at 11 a.m., check-in is not until 4 p.m. I attempted to arrange for an early check-in for an additional fee but was unable to do so. Consequently, I had to wait four hours until my room became available.

I had a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with plenty of space to relax after a long day. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. I also really enjoyed the evening reception, which was a nice touch and made the experience feel extra welcoming. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any request. Overall, Embassy Suites provided a great combination of comfort, value, and hospitality—I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The hotel overall did not feel very clean. When I went to the pool, the bathroom was dirty and there was even waste left in the toilet. In my room, the sheets were not fresh, and the bathroom was also very dirty. I left feeling uncomfortable and unsatisfied with my stay.

The rooms in this hotel desperately need upgrade including the bathrooms.

Shuttle bus is a joke. We waited approximately 1hr even though we call as was stated to do. I called back after 45mins and asked was the shuttle going to show up for us? I got a receptionists who had an attitude problem and got even more abrupt with me that i had dared to ask what.the colour of the bus was incase it was passing and i was missing it. Sorry after a 15hr flight i dont need that so wont return.

We recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, our experience was not as positive as we had hoped. While the location was perfect for our needs and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options, there were several issues that left us disappointed. The room itself was not well maintained—several cabinets were broken, and overall cleanliness seemed lacking. Despite registering with six people in our party, there were only enough towels and bedding provided for four. When we requested extra towels and bedding around 9:30 p.m., we were told they would be sent up but that it might take some time due to a large group just checking in. They did not arrive until 11:15 p.m.—nearly two hours later. While we weren’t given a specific timeframe, I would have gladly picked up what we needed at the front desk had I known it would take so long. In the public areas, we noticed cockroaches, which was very concerning. The pool, which we had been looking forward to using, was so cloudy that we could not see the third step in the shallow end. Although staff assured us it would be fixed the next day, it remained cloudy for the duration of our stay. The lobby was extremely loud both evenings with large groups of guests congregating around the check-in area, making it difficult to relax. Compounding this, the lobby and public areas were dimly lit and felt quite dark at night, which gave the spaces an unwelcoming atmosphere. The entire property also feels dated and in need of renovation. On-site parking was very expensive, though we were glad to find free street parking just across from the hotel. In short, while the location and breakfast were definite highlights, the lack of cleanliness, maintenance issues, slow service, and overall environment meant that we left feeling disappointed. With improvements to upkeep, service responsiveness, and renovations, this hotel could offer a much better experience, but as it stands, we would not choose to return.
