The bathroom had a leaking ceiling and made it impossible to use. The ac could not be used as it caused more water leakage in bathroom. So the room had no circulation. It was pathetic.

I loved staying at this property. Five stars. Juan and Jose are the absolute best at the Tavern bar. Get the turkey club, btw. Delicious. They are both very professional and friendly. Patrick is so pro customer service! Wow! He is amazing. I love his energy and his positivity. This property is the best!

Overall experience was good and consistent with the Embassy Suites experience. But for the clerk I initially dealt with the experience was positive.

Once again, I feel misled and mistreated by a Los Angeles Hilton hotel. This time, at the LAX airport pick up at the international terminal, the driver did not announce there were two Embassy Suite Airport Hiltons. Furthermore, the driver was called BACK to terminal 1, by a hotel staff member, to pick up a Hilton manager. Because the crowd had waited 30 minutes for the bus and there were 30 of us on the bus, the crowd groaned . Still, the driver was talking to an Embassy Suites employee, who insisted the manager was standing outside terminal 1, waiting for the bus. When we got to terminal 1, there was no man waiting there. The driver was kind enough to call again and wait, but no man appeared. Finally, the driver took us to the Embassy Suites, Los Angeles Airport Hilton. Then I discovered there was a north and a south Embassy Suites at Los Angeles airport . When I questioned the first Embassy Suites staff, they told me the addresses of the two Embassy Suites hotels were on the pick up vans. Pictures obviously tell a different story.
