Great location, large rooms and amazing staff. Arturo is a true ambassador for the hotel. Always out front greeting guests, opening the doors and making small talk while guest are waiting for their ride. He also organised security to let me into my meeting room to drop off boxes.

I had a wonderful check-in experience thanks to Kass! From the moment I arrived, Kass was professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to assist with an early check-in, which made a huge difference after my travels. The entire process was smooth, quick, and stress-free because of her efficiency and positive attitude. Kass truly set the tone for a great stay—I appreciate her excellent customer service and attention to detail. Thank you for making me feel valued and taken care of!

For anyone looking for an amazing location to stay in downtown Chicago, this hotel is a home run! I've stayed here several times for work for 5-night stays and it's a solid property. This is a boutique style hotel (not too big) that is close to everything in downtown. Pricing is decent, the rooms are large and always super clean with tons of amenities, and I was so pleased with the level of hospitality that the staff offered. Those that I came into contact frequently during the week that provided a memorable experience in the Lobby and Front Desk were: Satara, Josh, Lucas, Jesse, Arturo, Hirpa, and Charles. In the Restaurant Hoyt's, Diana greeted me warmly every morning and she did an amazing job especially when times got busy. Special shout to Jose and Juan who took great care of me as well. Oh and the gym is available 24/7 with machines, free weights, cables, benches, and cardio equip. (eucalyptus towels are a nice touch!) Looking forward to my next visit soon!

Upon arrival, an individual in maintenance attire approached our vehicle and took our luggage without asking. While we understand this may be standard practice, we were traveling with only two small wheeled bags we intended to handle ourselves, and the interaction felt pressured when it came time to tip. Additionally, the in-room refrigerator contained food left behind by a previous guest, which was unsanitary and unwelcoming. Housekeeping also failed to replenish the coffee supplies during our stay. Most frustrating was the Wi-Fi access issue. After being unable to connect, we called guest services and left a message for the manager — who never returned our call. A timely follow-up would have made a significant difference in our overall experience.

I would highly recommended that travellers request or upgrade to a river view, the views are stunning. The room was huge with two queen beds. The location is absolutely superb.

My experience was okay. Very upsetting that Hoyt's was closed majority of the time for my stay. I am also very upset that Robert signed me up for travel pass even though I refused at check in. Other than that my stay was okay. Crystal was great customer service , so was satara , kass, and autoro
