Our favorite place to stay while in the area. Restaurant on site has amazing food. Complimentary drinks are very good. And arcade on site is fun for kids.

Elevator stopped working and got stuck while husband and son were going down

"Some what happy. Could have been better"

The place on the outside was nice the room were dirty the crib I requested was delivered with vomit on it beside being dirty and stinky. The room had no trash can in the living room area. The Tv in the living room was not working. The drapes for stained and had spider webs on them.

We had to change rooms because there was a leak in the bathroom. The staff was extremely helpful , but John went above all to make our stay as nice as possible trying to make things better.. He gave us another room and gave us credit for one day for having to move room’s the next day because of the leak in the bathroom.
