Embassy Suites by Hilton Anaheim North

We had a great time! Our suite had two rooms and it fit our family well. The living area had a big comfortable couch, tv, dining table, mini fridge, & coffee maker. The bedroom had a king size bed, tv, big wardrobe, bathroom and shower. The bathroom was fully stocked with Crabtree & Evelyn Gardner hand wash, lotion, shampoo & conditioner and body wash! It smelled wonderful!! The overall hotel is just stunning. The elevators are quick. The indoor pool and hot tub were great and well maintained. Make sure to take advantage of happy hour! And also the complimentary breakfast! There is not a restaurant per se, but you can order food from the bar which was quite good. There is plenty of seating throughout the hotel that have lovely views of the entire atrium, roof & rooms. They is plenty of parking spaces. The spaces up close are smaller and the spaces in the larger lot are normal size. We wish our stay could have been longer and we look forward to returning soon :)

We like the location the indoor pool and the staff from reception area were very nice and helpful the lady at the bar was nice to

the cook at the omelet was horrible was rude and just an ass Not only to me but everyone that was in line I ask for an omelet cheff special and a side of egg white and he made me the omelet with egg white then I ask if I can get the egg white I order he was so mean and said that what he gave me . And got upset that I wanted the side and told me I should told him I wanted 2 different one 🤔 im like that exactly what I told you .he just left me with a bad experience Anyways other then That it was ok the bed are comfy but the sofa bed was horrible and the couch itself had dip in the middle and mattress was stain the comforter was old and had minor rips

The Room furniture had stains in the couch and floor and room had a odor soon as you walked in like boom

Friendly and helpful staff. From front desk to house keeping and kitchen staff. Excellent!

Received a room with a clogged toilet and no one came to fix it, so we had to use the downstairs public restroom. The pull-out sofa had soiled sheets, and we were only given one towel at check-in. We had to call twice before additional towels were brought to the room. Would of been better off at a 1 star motel.
