The bed

The leaky tub spout, stagnant water smell when I walked in to my room and the dust and lint in the bathroom air extractor. Also the parking lot on Saturday night is a zoo. Cars from the nightclub took every single space including handicap which I needed and they even blocked cars including my brother who was trying to go get food but he couldn’t do to someone from the club blocking him. I had to park in the employee of the month parking space which was the only space available anywhere.

The size of the room

Poor cleanliness, ask for clean sheets and towels (not enough for six) and they take a long time. I have read about amazing omelettes, the veggies were uncooked, but yeah better breakfast than a Motel for sure

The cleanliness and service at this hotel is subpar. The first room that we got assigned smelled badly, just dirty. There was even a hair on the bed. I told the front desk about the room and asked to be changed to a different one. They didn't even apologize for the lack of cleanliness, how embarrassing and careless. Our new room was also dirty. It wasn't smelly, but I still had to clean the counters myself as there was residue and you can tell the housekeeping only cleans what is most visible. Our friends staying in other rooms said their room smelled like sewage, and another said their room smelled like smoke and gave them a headache. Also, you would think a hotel that is super busy would have someone working 24/7 or early mornings, but no.

So dirty and need renovation. Faucet was leaking and sink is cracked!
