The room and location were great

The parking situation is the most inconvenient I have ever encountered. We had to carry our luggage a half block. Then your parking choice is the 5th floor of a parking garage also a half block away.

Lovely, helpful staff and a charming inn. The room was clean. You could hear people walk by but there was no unpleasant noise. The free breakfast was tasty. We enjoyed chatting with others at the free evening happy hour.

Breakfast was nice - there was a menu to order from, and it wasn't cook to order stuff (more like yogurt, bagels, etc) but there was a good variety. The fireplace in the room was appreciated as the New Years Eve weather was quite cold. The courtyards were cute and would have been enjoyable in warmer weather.

It was quiet and central and the continental breakfast was nice and the girl that served was lovely

The front desk staff were very pleasant and welcoming. They were also helpful with dining recommendations and affordable tours in Charleston. Our room was lovely, comfortable and clean. We especially enjoyed the evening Sherry when we returned in the evening after a day of sightseeing. Christmas time in Charleston is a beautiful way to enjoy the decorations and festival lights! We enjoyed our stay at Kings Courtyard Inn and its peaceful setting.

A very charming bed and breakfast which fills you with warmth with personalized service. Very unlike very commercial hotels. Beautifully located right in the heart of historic Charleston walking distance from all main attractions and famous restaurants.

The beds are so comfortable and the staff are so professional and friendly.
