Aresti Old Town by Bilbao Living

La proprietaria gentilissima e disponibilissima nel dare informazioni sia sull'ubicazione dell''appartamento che sull'accesso. Inoltre ci ha sempre fornito suggerimenti su luoghi da visitare e dove mangiare. L'appartamento non è in piena zona città vecchia ma nella zona limitrofa tranquilla e comunque raggiungibilissima sia a piedi (un po' in salita) che con i mezzi (bus davanti a casa o a 100m. e metropolitana a 2 minuti a piedi e ascesore). Appartamento carino e molto funzionale, al "mezzo" piano (inteso come 5 gradini circa).

Solo un appunto (comune a tanti appartamenti e hotel) : manca il porta oggetti nella doccia, non è molto pratico appoggiare tutto sul piatto doccia

Spotless and well equipped

This is such a minor comment, but crockery and glasses would be better in a lower cupboard

Host was excellent with communication (and extra point or two for this). Although a 10min walk from the old town, we ended up appreciating being away from all the noise. Although initially unsure about the area, it seemed safe with families around. We appreciated having a card for the metro, washing machine, and the apartment was cosy. We appreciated being let in to the apartment early.

Perhaps a little older than many we have stayed in. We have stayed in about 12 places on this European trip. Some provide some extras like milk and condiments to start, so they get a 10. I known this is a high bar.

Ten minute walk into the old town and local shop nearby. Clean, comfortable good facilities. Good communication and useful information from the host.

Felt a bit dark, being on the ground floor we kept the blinds semi closed.

La ubicación, la limpieza y el trato recibido fue desde el inicio y hasta la finalización de nuestra estancia un 10. Sin duda, repetiremos en el mismo sitio. Gracias a María, nuestra anfitriona por el mimo, la disposición y el trato en cada detalle. Ha permitido que las vacaciones mejoren notablemente.
