Great location, 5 minutes walk from the old town. Beautiful apartment, very well equipped. Really lovely host who gave us a great overview of the neighbourhood and the city beyond. We'd be back tomorrow if that were practical.

Perfect accommodation and super helpful hosts. Maria replied to any query I had throughout our stay within minutes on whatsapp. Very cozy and comfortable apartment. We didn't need to ask for anything extra, really impressed with the comfort and how conveniently located it was to shops pharmacy restaurants bars cafes. Would highly recommend. My parents loved it also. Beds are very comfortable too.

"Disappointing communication"

Good operating base for exploring the old town.

As we were traveling by car, hostess Maria had planned meeting us at the parking facility. She wasn’t aware that access was blocked by police because of a big sports event in Bilbao. Confronted with this, she nevertheless persisted to meet us at the parking garage. When this didn’t work out, it was finally agreed to meet at the apartment. Meanwhile more than 2 precious and stressfull hours driving throughout the town had gone by. All in vain without getting any apology. Mind, parking fee is € 20,- cash a day.
