Very close to restaurants, and stores.

When I checked in, the first room I was given was not made up. Received no apology. 2nd room the air didn't work. Staff member put new batteries in the thermostat and said it should start in an hour. It did not. No apology. No new room offered. Worst stay ever.

Good room, helpful staff.

It was close to food places

They stole $208 from me and the room had stains and broken fridge and toilet paper roll.

Said they had a pack and play and they did not. Went to another hotel and still have not received refund from booking.com or the property in 3 weeks

Friendly front staff that were very helpful. Beds were huge and comfy.

Great place and near ND University

Remember you asked. Cleanliness: Room exc. dining area- while clean nothing was sanitized after people ate at tables and counter. Serving spoons were caked up should have replaced.

Hotel was only ok. In need of ongoing maintenance. Security lock on fitness center was broken. Ice machine on 1st floor out of order. Elevator to second floor out of order. When I mentioned it to front desk they appeared to check it out right away. Property just old and in need of repair. Room was quiet.
