fantastic property. the rooms are more like apartments than rooms (with a full walk-in closet, separate seating area, etc), all the staff were so helpful and accommodating, food is great, generous pours on the drinks ;-)

i wish they had snacks for sale when you arrive for a really late check-in.

"Great Birthday Trip"

We stayed here for two days for my birthday. My husband planned an 80 minute massage for me at the spa and it was spectacular! We enjoyed the pool, spa, and amenities very much! The highlight of my trip remains grabbing a drink and appetizer at the resort bar. It featured delicious food, huge portions, and overall great service. The bartender Yves went above and beyond to make my birthday extra special. Ask for him next time you visit!

His professionalism, kindness and outstanding customer service needs to mentioned, and in my opinion rewarded. I'm a frequent traveler, I've rarely seen customer service as I saw Mr. Yves provide. I will be searching out further Omni properties in my upcoming travels because of the service I received and witnessed Mr. Yves provide.

"100% Perfect Experience! Amazing Courteous Staff, Beautiful Hotel"

I had an incredible stay! This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and felt lux the moment I arrived- from the beautiful decor and layout, to the room (very spacious, deep soaking tub, premium toiletries, on-demand movies, patio with a view, super lux bed). But what really made it special were the people. You can tell the staff truly care about their jobs, and it shows in every detail. Shout-out to the guy who opened the door and greeted me warmly as I entered the hotel- to the guy cleaning rooms who stopped working to help show me how to get to my room. Bree- hands-down the BEST server- warm, attentive, and made each meal feel like a treat. Angel made me the best quesadilla I’ve ever had- seriously, still dreaming about it. In fact, the food overall was SO yummy! At the spa, Chelsea and Tia were both amazing- so attentive, they went above and beyond- professional, kind- and SO good at what they do. Give everyone a raise! I left my trip feeling like I had a movie-star experience: I felt special, refreshed, well-fed, and completely taken care of. The photos dont do this place justice, and the positive vibe can only be experience in person. Can’t WAIT to come back and feel pampered all over again!

It is an oasis! Everyone is so friendly. Beautiful golf course and relaxing pool. I love the fire pit at night. My room was perfect.

This is our go-to place when in Tucson. The property and staff are absolutely amazing, and also very accommodating. We have been coming her for years. You have to have dinner at Bob’s and go to the spa during your stay.
