"Golf Great, Pool Not Great. (And service A+++)"

Beware of the trip timing. We were unlucky to be there at the same time as a children/teen softball tournament and there were so many screaming children… everywhere. The pool and pool deck was very dirty. It was also overrun by children running and jumping/cannonballing into the pool which is exactly what I would want to avoid. I wish Omni had an adults only option. The golf was superb— the Sonoran course is beautiful and in excellent condition. The bartenders and servers made our trip amazing. They were so helpful and knowledgeable and very friendly. The people who greeted us upon arrival and checked us in were also super helpful.

Staff was amazing! When I checked in I was asked if we were celebrating anything which we were. The man at the front desk made a note and the next day a birthday plate of cupcakes were delivered. Also we spent a day at the pool and staff from Legens bar and grill delivered food to us. All staff from front desk to the bat to room was excellent.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating

The place should be nice. It’s a golf resort, but overall it just felt shabby. A lot of details were lacking in terms of cleanliness and service. Maybe they focus on the golf, but the rest of the "resort" was neglected.
