Absolutely wonderful stay. Customer service is top notch. Our room was big with an amazing view. We stayed in room 415. Sean greeted us and escorted us to our room he was amazing. Akasha at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Her customer service skills were top notch. Aubrey Lynn at the Terra Cotta was very friendly and welcoming.

What a gem! The rooms were well appointed, even tough there were only stairs my room and the rooms in my building. The staff was outstanding and very welcoming. The meeting rooms were great, as were the wait staff. I’ll be back!

Very nice when you arrived!

When we were at the pool we had to keep asking for our order. Because I think they forgot about us. And they were not even that busy.

The Omni in Tucson is a wonderful resort to stay. The lobby smells amazing, I would love to find this scent for my home. The casitas are large, very clean & my husband & I loved that the parking was in front of our casita. Everyone who worked there was smiling, friendly. The grounds are well kept & the views of the Catalina mountains are majestic. We will be staying here again.
