Comfort Inn Antioch - Century Plaza

The location was fine i asked for a bottom because of my breathing machine and the walking i was put on the third floor all the way to end . Away from the elevator and had a long walk charring my suitcases.

It was okay just that

It’s clean staff was great!!!

Lots of cars and noise in the parking lot, people hanging out in the front and back being loud

The room smelled bad and it had roaches in there

Close to the town and many eating options

TV did not work. Called for help. It never came. Coffee pot had to be plugged elsewhere because the plug that it was meant to go was blocked by furniture that was unable to move.

LOCATION TERIBLE VERY NOISIE ... ROOM NOT REALLY CLEANED PROPERLY... ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED AT ALL THE SECOND DAY ( NO CLEAN TOWELS NO SERVICE AT ALL THAT DAY ) BREAKFAST ( TO START NO NAPKINS ( THEY USED A BOX OF CLEANEX INSTEAD ... TRY GETTING ANY THING STICKY OFF YOUR FINGERS WITH CLEANEX ??? NO JUICE OF ANY KIND AT ALL ... HAD TO WAIT FOR THEM TO MICRO WAVE FROZEN EGG PATTY FROZEN BACON AND SAUSAGE ( I WOULD CONSIDER THIS A WANT ABE BREAKFAST ) VERY UNFRIENDLY FRONT DESK STAFF . THE PLACE LOOKED LIKE A HOMELESS MOTEL IN ABAD AREA OF THE CITY ( WE HAVE STAYED HERE SEVERAL TIMES A FEW YEARS AGO AND IT WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT THEY HAVE GONE FROM GOOD TO VERY BAD WOULD RECOMMEND THAT BOOKING.COM TAKE THIS PLACE OFF YOUR LISTING CANT TRUST BOOKING.COM ANY MORE YOU NEED TO CHECK UP ON THESE PLACES MORE FREQUENTLY

TV did not work. There is no access to a HDMI on TV to use an outside streaming device. The AC is stuck on 74-degrees. The buttons & option on AC all broke. Just On-Off & 74-Degrees. I was hot the entire time. The hose cleaners are blaring music from the laundry room that would bleed into my room and keep me from sleeping. They charge a ridiculous $150 deposit. This is such a hustle. Never coming back.
