Comfort Inn Antioch - Century Plaza

Looks good when searching it up on the web.

Asked every night of my week long stay if they could look at the hot tub as it never worked the entire stay. Not once during my stay did room service come to my room or just asked if I needed anything. Had to find the lady just to replace some towels. Breakfast was terrible. Out of almost everything….no choices for drinks other than coffee. How about some orange juice or perhaps some healthy yogurt. Had to take a cold shower as they ran out of hot water. Was told “both” ice machines were broken as well. Just not a great stay at this hotel for me.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was cool when I came in from the heat outside.

The ice vending machine was out of order and there was no hot water for the shower.

Nothing worked and the staff didn’t care. Not one ice machine, pool cold and hit tub dirty and not working.

Rooms was nice besides one smelled like cigarettes other than that everything was good pool area was open, lots of food options near, armed security at night, even complementary breakfast in the morning

Refrigerator and microwave in the bathroom, room floor was all scratched up, shower needs updating
