Room only provided 2 bath towels when asked for me extra towels they only gave me one we are a family of 5. The hot tub looked a little dirty and jets didn’t work.

My wife and I had no hot (or even warm) water to shower for the two days we were there. We do not like cold water showers. The toilet was also plugged and no one came to give me a toilet plunger so I could clear it myself. The breakfast service was not well stocked. They use Kleenex instead of napkins, and even ran out of paper plates. No cereal or milk. I would give this place a zero if I could. We will never again stay at this hotel!
