Furniture and darkness of rooms. On demand movies extremely expensive.

Front staff are unable to explain why a second and larger deposit will be charged or what the charges included - I get the room and tax but saying a 'deposit' doesnt explain the amount and why!? Manager extremely hostile when issue brought forward. Attitude when I tried to bring up how unsafe the room was. The futon completely falls off and divets so bad it becomes a crushing point for hands and feet. Carpet is so warped in main hallways its becoming a tripping hazard. The spot they've put the mini fridge, multiple people stubbed their feet. My toes are bruised. The room itself had carpet coming up in the edges and haven't been vacuumed for some time. Unfortunately with the train construction right beside the hotel, they start at 6am in the morning and woke everyone up.

Me and family had a great stay in this hotel, kids loved the theme rooms, though kinda high of rates but worth it.

Spent a week at the Edmonton fantasy land for the proposal of my new wife. We really enjoyed it, Some things were slipped, unfortunately. But overall, it was decent

The rooms are in great despair. Mini lights didn’t work. The light switches beside the bed. We’re barely hanging on by one screw you would try to touch them to turn the light on, and they would spark the bass in case throughout look like it hasn’t been painted since the 60s it felt a lot more like a fleabag hotel than a $600 a night hotel at one of the largest malls in the country, there was no Internet on the 10th floor. They told us just to use the Internet in the lobby, even though we rented a theme room with a big tub in the room so the kids get hot tub and celebrate their birthday party. They wanted the kids to go down to the 10th from the 10th floor to the lobby every time they wanted to use the Internet the staff really couldn’t care that things weren’t working. They offered no solutions. It was a complete waste of money I regret our decision to spend our son‘s birthday there.

The overall experience was excellent. One of our kids lost their wristband for galaxy park and the manager was very understanding and solved the problem. (Worked Nov 10th) Staff is awesome. I wouldn’t order room service for the price point but the food was good. They could work on breakfast in the L2 lounge but again the staff was excellent.

Thermostat was broken, couldn’t open window to cool down room, sink faucets were crooked and handles very difficult to open.

We had a really great stay. The room was spacious, clean and quiet!! Always a great stay. We were at the hotel for a conference and the food was also great!

Overall, good experience For $300 a night, I thought you would have some type of iPhone charger available

This was a great place for a family getaway, the discounted tickets to galaxy land, and the waterpark was a major perk! It would be great if the L2 lounge offered a daily small buffet breakfast for families.
