The location is fantastic

The pricing is high, especially for dated rooms

Great experience, theme rooms are cool; will definitely be returning with my family. Despite ongoing construction, the hotel did a great job of keeping things clean

Hope to come back soon will tell all my business partners. It’s the only place to stay in Edmonton Alberta.

The desk attendant could be more approachable and friendly. We checked in around 7 or 8pm and I know they’re tired too but we are too. So I think please be more accommodating to people checking in late rather than them being more understanding of the situation. Thank you. Other than that everything was good.

Very pricy for an average room, no USB jacks or plug-ins for the electronics which is surprising given this day and age.

Service was great when we first arrived, but there were several problems with the room making the stay tiring and very disappointing for the price. When talking to the front desk about the problems, no one was really able to help us so they gave us someone else to talk to at a later date. That is not how you expect a hotel to run.

For the cost per night, I would expect much nicer rooms. Very run down and in need of a renovation. Rooms were dark and dingy. Coffee maker did not work. Elevator was extremely slow. Waited over 10 min for an elevator on the eighth floor.

We have stayed numerous times and always go back at least once or twice a year! And we always end up picking the same room We love it there

1. Corner of bed platform sticks out. Hazard to our shins. Both of us had bruises. 2 need a small nite light in or near the bathroom Otherwise everything was great

Fantasyland hotel is always a great get away in the winter months. You can delight yourself with all the mall has to offer and don't have to worry about winter road conditions or weather.
