"Nice family holiday"

The room was very nice. Kids loved the pods. It was decently clean, a lot of noise when sleeping. Highly suggest bringing ear plugs or something. Kids loved the jacuzzi

"Family of 5 in Luxury Igloo Room"

We are from BC 🇨🇦 and wanted to gift our three girls an experience as a Christmas gift. We got a great deal during Black Friday and booked the luxury igloo room (which has a 4 person jacuzzi tub… HUGE hit)!! The deal included a $25 GC to the Lounge or Restaurant and 2 passes to either the waterpark or Galaxyland for each night you stayed. (Bonus: if you needed more passes you could get them for 40% off) 😃 Our family had an amazing time staying at Fantasyland Hotel! The convenience of being right in the mall was helpful when we shopped and wanted to go back to our room for down time and put things away before heading out to do more activities. There was a LOT to do for ANY AGE! A few highlights included: the Lego store, Galaxyland and the Waterpark. A couple things to note about the hotel: the rooms could use some updating (carpeting falling off, light in our room was minimal - would be nice to have pot lights in ceiling on dimmers, the elevators were super busy - especially during checkout and check in times… BIG LINES!! Overall, our family had a great holiday and would recommend to other families to check out!

"Hotel stay"

Hotel was ok. Needs updating especially for the price. Not the cleanest but not terrible. Annoying you can only access your own floor with a key card. Makes it hard to visit with others if they are on different floors. Nice that it’s attached to the mall. Lots of parking.

The proximity to the mall, very convenient with children.

The amount of service staff constantly in the elevators. Elevators were always packed and uncomfortable.
