Fantasyland Hotel

We had an awesome time. Thank you very much. We had a fantastic experience and we will be back in the future.

I was a walk in guest and was greeted with a super helpful front desk employee named Tarnprect who helped me get a room and was delightful to interact with :)

Great time at the fantasy land hotel with all of our kids and had a great time hotel is showing a little wear and tear like the rest of the mall but it’s been around a long time

Good hotel, price is a bit high for me but other than that everything was perfect, staff was helpful

So convenient for shopping and indoor activities. Due to allergies I wish there were pet free rooms and no rugs.

Room temp was hot and couldn’t drop it. Beds seemed small. Not all features worked well. Still had fun times with the family

Overall a good experience with the family. I think the only drawback is the elevators. Although they are fast moving, during our stay, one was out of service and the other 3 were crowded most of the time. Also parking is a challenge and lack of luggage carts was inconvenient.

jacuzzi didn’t work which is the whole reason we upgraded our room. Things like robes and slippers were not in the room and needed to be requested additionally

We booked a theme room for my daughter’s 12th birthday in August 2025. She had been excited about the Space Room for months. We arrived a few hours early, checked our bags with Concierge, and went to enjoy the mall until the 4 PM check-in time. When we returned, we were told—for the first time—that the room was closed for maintenance. A woman said she would speak to the manager, and while she was gone for a long time, another staff member helped us. We eventually discovered that the first woman was the manager. WTF?! We ended up waiting an hour while they tried to sort things out. There were no other Space Rooms available, so they offered us an Igloo Room as a consolation and gave us waterpark or Galaxyland passes (neither of which my daughter wanted). She just wanted the Space Room, eat in the food court, shop, and enjoy the mall. When we got to the Igloo Room, my daughter immediately cried from disappointment. At that point, I went back to the front desk and said we were going to cancel and go home (we live locally). The staff member then said she would move someone else because we had arrived first. I felt awful, but she insisted. In the end, they gave us the Space Room—which is the only reason they got as high of a rating as they did. At checkout, a different staff member, Gina, asked how our stay was. I told her the full story. She looked up our room number and it was still under the original guest’s name. After updating it, I told her we shouldn’t have to threaten to cancel in order to get the room we paid a lot of money for. Her response: “Sometimes you have to threaten.” WTF again. We also told her we weren’t using the waterpark or Galaxyland passes, and she seemed confused—there were no notes on our file at all. It felt like the staff either assumed the next shift would deal with it or removed the notes because we eventually got the room. That doesn’t erase the hour of back-and-forth and stress on my daughter’s birthday. Overall, it left a sour taste in my mouth and made me never want to stay at Fantasyland Hotel again. I remained polite and firm, and the staff were polite too, but the conflicting information and lack of communication were really disappointing—honestly, “disappointed” doesn’t even begin to describe it.

Very usefull to live in the mall. Long time to wait for the elevator, but everything else is ok. Great hotel.
