all the kids running around. kids knocking on doors asking if you wanted to buy candy. at 5am mariwana smell was horrible

Very bad experience I will never use booking.com to reserve a room - dirty , not clean , very bad smell in lobby specially stair well , feel itchy - elevator not working - commode not flush properly - there was no soap or shampoo , even no spoon, no toothbrush toothpaste , My son had to eat noodles by hand No refrigerator, no microwave Even cheaper hotel hav these facilities Bad was very discomfort , pillow the reason for our headache No one slept night I literally woke up whole night for head and neck pain for pillow I deserve a refund or compensation for this Was in very bad situation with family Couldn’t brush teeth and couldn’t take shower Sleepless night Very stinky and dirty stairwell Walked to third floor with bagges and kids on lap Bye bye booking.com , this was last business with you

Ceiling was dirty, door lock was broken, A/C was noisy, floor was dirty

My bed sheets were soiled unchanged and dirty with rant urine pools , blood and vomit 🤮 . I was anticipating a refund and wax instead charged twice for the health hazard of a room. Accommodations were not inhabitable!

Nothing the entire place was a mess

The beds were broken with uncomfortable mattresses, filthy sheets and filthy bathrooms with no soaps or towels. The entire hotel area was unclean. I was itching the whole time I was there. I had to leave around 5am after checking inn around 1am. It was one of the very worst I have been to in my entire lifetime. Stinky, trust me go for an inspection there and attest to what I am saying, it’s a total mess and tarnishes booking image.
